Hello, my name is Penelope Long and my experience and diverse background truly set me apart from other paralegals.
In addition to the typical paralegal know-how, I bring extensive and unique investigative research skills. My career has taken me as far as Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, and a tiny resort town in Borneo called Kota Kinabalu) specifically to interview witnesses in a hotel management contract dispute case! I have traveled the U.S. to dig through documents of clients and adversaries, interview witnesses, attend (and actually participate with contributory assistance) depositions and hands-on, counsel table trial assistance. I have also prepared and participated in several mock trials. Topping that off is my InData Trial Director trainer certification.
If it sounds like I’m tooting my own horn, I am. I am proud of my unusual paralegal experience and believe in my abilities. As a freelance paralegal, I can hit the ground running and you can feel confident that your work product is in good hands.
I love my work and I know you will, too. If you have a document review, trial preparation, or just need fill-in assistance for a maternity leave, i am your paralegal.
